eChat Dispatch Console

eChat dispatch Console is a comprehensive dispatch platform developed by ZTE Trunking, which supports the integration of voice, data, video, and positioning services. It achieves the unified dispatch of various types of terminals such as portable radios, mobile radios, and wireless cameras, meeting the requirements of multi-service integration, multi-system interconnection, and visualized dispatch.

Service Integration and Dispatch
Supports the integrated dispatch of three screens (voice, video, and positioning) in one.
Supports the immediate sending of alarms to dispatchers via audio and light.
Supports the automatic sending of alarms to surrounding members.
Supports indoor positioning when GPS signal is unavailable.

Storage Analysis
Provides a flexible recording and video storage mechanism, and supports local storage on clients and unified storage.Provides convenient operation interfaces, and supports playback mechanisms based on users, time points, and tracking points.

Interconnection
Supports interconnection with other private-network systems (for example, the PDT, B-TrunC, DMR, and TETRA) through the access gateway, and therefore achieves the interconnection between the public network and private networks and meets the diverse requirements of user communications.

Flexible Deployment
Supports the Web Service technical architecture, and supports both the browser/server and client/server deployment modes, which are convenient to deploy and easy to operate.

Customization
Supports customization in mainstream languages.Supports standard external interfaces, and supports customization based on customer requirements through GUIs.

Service Functions

Voice dispatch

Supports half-duplex voice one-to-one private calls, full-duplex voice one-to-one private calls, voice group calls, temporary group calls, dynamic regrouping, priority-based calls, floor priority, forced insertion/release, and multi-party calls.

Video dispatch

Supports standard video interfaces, such as CIF, SD, and HD interfaces, the pulling and pushing of multimedia images and videos, and the transmission of videos from cameras and handheld terminals to the dispatch console. The dispatch console can also initially push videos to handheld terminals. The system automatically detects transmission links and adjusts the bit rate self-adaptively. It transmits HD signals if the signals are of good quality, and guarantees smooth transmission if the signals are of poor quality.

GIS dispatch

Supports the real-time positioning of terminal devices, such as mobile phones, pads, vehicle-mounted stations, cameras, and individual terminals, on the GIS map. Users can click a device to view the complete device information. The system also supports GIS map-based audio/video dispatch operations, such as location tracking, call selection, visualized dispatch, and linkage between voice and video services.

Data dispatch

Supports real-time short messages, point-to-point chats via multimedia messages, and group chats via multimedia messages.

Storage analysis

Supports the storage of audio, video, and multimedia files.

Security management

Supports dispatch permission management and remote stunning/killing.
